• Who owns the Cooler Bags and Ice Packs?

    Two specially designed cooler bags and ice packs are provided as part of the ‘Hemya Company’ Package. One set will be collected at the time of subsequent delivery. Lost or damaged bags need to be replaced and will be charged at a fixed rate of 100QR.

  • What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

    It is the responsibility of the customer to be home at the time of delivery or to arrange another responsible person to receive the meals. The meals cannot be left at your door step for food safety and security purposes.

  • How long can I keep my meals?

    Each meal is provided with instructions on storage and consumption information to ensure you enjoy your meal in perfect condition.

  • Can I collect me meals?

    Yes, pre-ordered meals can be collected at an agreed time from the Hemya Company Reception desk located on the ground floor at Al-Ahli Hospital. The reception is open from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays to Thursdays, and from 7:00a.m. To 3:00 p.m. on Fridays.

  • Are my meals guaranteed?

    It is our intention to provide total customer satisfaction through the service we provide. We take great care to ensure our meals reach you in perfect condition. If you have any concerns about the condition of your meals please contact us immediately on (974) 4489 8777 or send us an e mail to Customerservice@hemya.com, so that we can address your concerns.

  • Can I eat ‘Hemya Company’ meals if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

    All of our meals are free from any preservatives so are perfectly healthy for pregnant or breastfeeding mothers, though it is always best to consult your healthcare professional(s) before starting a diet or embarking on a particular type of eating plan.

  • What if I have a food allergy?

    It is the Customer’s responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before ordering ‘Hemya Company’ meals. Please check each meal for anything you may be allergic to. In our kitchen we use milk, egg, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seed and capsicum and cannot guarantee a total absence of these products in any of our meals.

    If you require specific dietary guidance, we strongly suggest consultation with your Doctor before consuming ‘Hemya Company’ meals. We accept no liability to any allergic reaction, by a Customer as a result of consuming ‘Hemya Company’ meals.
